PS I LOVE YOU

I was engaged by Authority Creative to design ‘the face’ of Coronation Property’s “PS I Love You” marketing campaign - for their most ambitious development to date, 8 Phillip Street.

The creative was to be bright, friendly and inspire (and be inspired by) ‘love’- and designed in a way whereas it was versatile so it could be used for all media and marketing assets - including the 5 story mural that I painted to kick off the campaign and activate the site of the state-of-the-art QT Hotel in Sydney’s second CBD, Parramatta.

“The 8 Phillip Street marketing came to life across signage, social media, online and print advertising, as well as skywriting and a 5-storey onsite mural by renowned street artist Steen Jones, while locals embraced the hashtag #PSILoveYou on social media ”The PS I Love You” campaign was a hugely successful, eight-week campaign that saw 150 apartments snapped up within hours of their release in November - and taking out the ‘UDIA Excellence in Marketing, Urban Development Award’.

“8 Phillip Street is the epitome of luxury design, art, hospitality, and lifestyle fused together to create a new skyline for Parramatta. The 55 level tower will comprise of 260 hotel suites, 314 residential apartments, ground floor retail and the refurbishment of two iconic heritage buildings that face the street, allowing the community to engage and appreciate.

“Parramatta’s first luxury hotel, QT Hotel will occupy Ground to Level 17 at 8 Phillip Street and will inspire a design-driven, experience-focused approach with unsurpassed food and drink offerings. The QT experience is proudly centred around creative partnerships that engage with the local community across film, fashion, design, architecture, food, beverage, and styling evoking a sense of luxury that can span all levels, from affordable through to high-end.”
