When the good guys (and girls) from Good Karma Coffee House reached out to me about painting at their ‘little cafe’ in Brighouse (England)- I had no idea they had all been big supporters and collectors of my work for many years or that they all collectively wished that they could get me in to paint their cafe from the inception. So arriving to find all of this out was just awesome - especially as my quote was originally out of their budget and decided ‘fuck it’ purely based on the fact that I thought they were cool, loved their enthusiasm and the concept.

The mural lead into celebratory drinks on the last night - which lead into a spontaneous ‘thank you’ mural at their home with the leftover paint - which lead to designing uniforms and merch collection and returning back a few years later to add onto the existing mural, give their restroom a complete makeover and painting their new ‘pop-up cafe’ with the same vibe. Fun. Legends.
